Here's a quick layout I did for the same CG film as mentioned in the post below. The sketch was as far as I took it with pencil, the rest was done in Photoshop.
Since it's my wife, Yasmeen's birthday today, I will dedicate this post to her;)....wow,... how big of me huh?!:D Happy Birthday babe and thanks for putting up with all my blogging, love ya...mmmvuah :)
Just designed and colored this logo yesterday. It's going on a bucket in the latest CG film I've been working on at the studio. Normally you'd sit and come up with 15 different quick sketches and ideas, but sometimes I think the outcome is just as good, if you simply take the first idea you get and run with it. In that way you can concentrate on and develop that one idea, instead of spending a lot of time trying to figure out which of your 15 ideas is the best. I added the first rough sketch.
Currently working full time at Warner Brothers. I've been working as a professional in the Animation/Design industry since 2000, where I graduated from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark. On the day of my graduation I landed my first job as a BG lay-outer and assistant animator for a London based studio. Since then, I have worked on three feature films, five DVD films, three short films, two music videos, two animated TV series and 75+ wall mural layouts and themed environment designs. Having held many different positions, at studios in Denmark, England and the U.S.A. I've gained a well rounded understanding of the full production of animated films and entertainment. I'm extremely passionate about my work, I work well under pressure, never miss a deadline and I'm a good team player. My mission is to always surround myself with people I can learn from and hopefully inspire as well. I am always seeking new challenges, so please don't hesitate to contact me for further info. Resume and references are available upon request. Thanks for stopping by.
