A few more Charcacter Sketch pages from my portfolio. Since I switched it up a bit since the prior character page I posted, a few of them are "reruns". I wanna thank you all for the great encouragement and critique you've provided me with through all your much appreciated comments. It has definitely helped me build a stronger portfolio.
really cool!.. you know, i'm finishing my studies, and starting a little animation studio with some friends... we're just startin' and we know how much hard can it be... congratulations!
Thanks for your comment in my blog, Hans! I've just finished to take a look arround in your weblog, and what I founded amazed me so much! I love your BGs and your characters! Great style!
Thanks everybody! So nice to come home from Memorial Day weekend in Indy and see so many nice comments. I've said it many times before, but it can't be said enough! I really really appreciate it and will never take it for granted. Nice comments are always a pleasure, but to hear it from artists who's work I admire and get inspired from is more encouraging than any paycheck to me.
Thanks again:)
Hans
Martin: My job hunt has not started yet!!! I'm still struggeling to get that freakin' portfolio done. I'm sure you know how that is. I have to make some kind of deadline, otherwise I'll just keep adding on and editing. How about you? You should have people pulling you from all sides by now:)
Currently working full time at Warner Brothers. I've been working as a professional in the Animation/Design industry since 2000, where I graduated from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark. On the day of my graduation I landed my first job as a BG lay-outer and assistant animator for a London based studio. Since then, I have worked on three feature films, five DVD films, three short films, two music videos, two animated TV series and 75+ wall mural layouts and themed environment designs. Having held many different positions, at studios in Denmark, England and the U.S.A. I've gained a well rounded understanding of the full production of animated films and entertainment. I'm extremely passionate about my work, I work well under pressure, never miss a deadline and I'm a good team player. My mission is to always surround myself with people I can learn from and hopefully inspire as well. I am always seeking new challenges, so please don't hesitate to contact me for further info. Resume and references are available upon request. Thanks for stopping by.
